ambidextrous Shoulder Holster for 1911, Sig Sauer P238/P938, Colt Defender, Springfield 911 .380ACP, Tokarev, Zastava M70/M57A, Makarov, Beretta Cheetah, subcompact Handguns

This was my first shoulder harness and let say first off, that I'm currently using it for my CCW because I don't like waistband holsters. I'm a smaller guy (5'6" - 160) and left-handed so I don't have a lot of easy options when it comes to holsters.The XCH is reversible but there is an extra D ring that ends up on the outside of the holster in left-hand configuration. I opened it and took it off. I had to use my leather punch pliers to put in 4 extra holes in the straps to get the rig tight enough to fit my small frame. Once I did the XCH fit me very well, but holds the the pistol too low on my side for a dress jacket. I only use it with my heavy flight jacket that keeps it from printing. This is fine in winter but it won't work with a wind breaker. The magazine holder is reversible to open from the bottom or the top. It also has belt slots if you want to put in on your belt separately.The holster itself carries my Beretta 85 or my Astra A-60 (which looks like a Walther PP but with a double stack mag) perfectly. I'm still experimenting with the release position but it stays put well. I like the metal tabs on the release tongues for the holster and magazine pouch.The leather seems a bit thin but appears well assembled. Time will reveal the durability. The way I have it set up it is very light to wear and it distributes the weight well. I recommend this as a first shoulder holster as it is very adjustable.ADDED 5/4/2020: I had purchased some Chicago Bolts to replace one on the holster I had misplaced. I found the missing one and decided to punch a hole in the magazine pouch and use a new Chicago Bolt to secure it. Now the mag pouch won't fly off if the belt loop unhitches. Holster is working very well but holds the pistol a bit too low and I cannot adjust it up any further.

The only thing I do not like about this rig is the way the mag pouch snap is facing . It faces upwards and when you get up from a chair that has arms, that snap will catch on the arm of the chair and release the mag and because I carry a P64 radom Makarov, it falls to the floor. I understand why they did it that way but this would probably have been better accomplished using velcro rather than a snap which is the way I plan to modify mine. It's a small thing until you're in a gunfight and reach for your spare mag and find the pouch empty. Not good. Still, this is a quality, well made, and almost infinitely adjustable product which, even given the snap issue, I would definitely buy again. Good product. Update: The vendor pointed out that the mag pouch can be turned upside down, problem solved. Now that I've had/worn this rig for awhile, I absolutely love it. It fits my Radom P64 perfectly and is almost infinitely adjustable. I have a drawer full of holsters that were were "supposed" to fit the P64 but didn't. I added the fifth star after the vendor pointed out, quite diplomatically I might add, that the mag pouch can be worn either direction. (Stupid attack on my part.) This is an excellent rig. Very comfortable, softened up nicely after a couple of applications of saddle soap, and fits my weapon like a glove. The best holster I've ever owned for this weapon. I'll be buying a couple more from these good folks for my other CCW's. Edit: I absolutely LOVE this holster for my P64 Mak. It's the only holster that I ever bought that actually fit it perfectly. A couple weeks breaking and a couple more applications of saddle soap and I could not be happier. I must have twenty other holsters in the drawer that weren't quite right. I wear this one daily and it's so comfortable I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. I can't speak for other weapons but if you have a P64 this is THE holster for it.

1st off, doesn't fit 1911 like it says. 2nd, I wore it on a walk for about an hour and when I took it off one of the adjustment screws was missing so now I can't even wear it anymore. Do not buy. It's a pain in the ass to adjust and once you've spend 30min doing so, you'll realize you wasted your time and your money.

The button no longer snaps, so doesn’t hold together. I’ve had shoulder holster for one month! Unfortunately, its passed time to return so I emailed the company inquiring about a warranty. They indicated they do not have warranty for mechanical issues and to take it to a shoe repair shop.

I bought this back in Dec. I recently pulled it out to use it and I found the the strap that goes from the lower part of the holster that attaches to the belt is missing.How do I get my hands on this? can one be shipped out?

Delivered early. The holster has plenty of adjustments for a custom fit and it fits my Sig P938 very well. My only problem is that the leather feels like lightweight cardboard. I have no idea what this will do to the lifespan. This is definitely not high quality leather.

Ok. Nothing great. Magazine holder is very small. Holster is ok. Would not buy again. Material is very low quality.

This holster is completely adjustable and feels very high quality. I purchased a similar one for my fiancée elsewhere at 3 times the cost of this one and he likes this just as much. It was easy to adjust and fits very well. Highly recommend.
