It's nice, very tranquil and nice to look at, I did buy separate cone because I personally don't like the ones it came with, they didn't smell much of anything, but it is a great product

The media could not be loaded.  Completely in love with this. It’s so calming to watch. The quality of the burner is really good and pretty. It also comes with a cute mat to go underneath so it doesn’t damage any surfaces.However, the cones it comes with aren’t scented and the smell takes time to get used to (I’m not a waste so I use them).Also it doesn’t really work if you have a window open even if the burner is in a different part of the room, the smoke tends to fly out of the burner and doesn’t look cool at all.

Sadly my Daughter bought this with her own Christmas voucher and loves it so i can’t return it - but it’s not great - the cones smell awful whilst burning and the whole thing smells like I’m smoking kippers when it’s finished! Not the fab effect in the pictures at all but like I say - my daughter thinks it’s fab! So I’ll be hunting for better scented cones - probably worth a fiver not the fifteen pounds paid

Product came and was broken. No damage to box or outer packaging so was obviously broke before it was sent.

Lovely to sit and watch mesmerising but you need to have a large placement under it as the smoke leaves behind a residue that can stain wood etc . I have found using pipe cleaners will clear the residue from the channel and then every week it gets a soak in soapy water
