This is a solid light therapy mask that I've been using for a few months. There are 7 different with different recommended needs. I'll admit - I'm not totally sure on the effectiveness of light therapy, as there are so many variables in skin clarity. I will say, I had zero irritation, the mask itself is comfortable, battery life is solid, and if you're into light therapy I would recommend this for sure.

Got to use it once for about 10 minutes before it died completely and never turned back on and that was after charging before the first use. Would definitely not recommend
