​This Kndko countertop ice maker has been an awesome addition to our kitchen, performing flawlessly since we got it two months ago. My son is especially a fan because he loves chewing on ice, the bullet-shaped cubes this machine produces are much softer and easier on his teeth than the hard, dense ice our refrigerator makes. It's very easy to operate, I simply fill the basin with a pitcher of water up to the fill line and power it on. The machine starts dropping fresh ice in well under ten minutes, providing a consistent supply throughout the day. ​The unit is quite smart and reliable in how it manages ice production. If the ice in the basket starts to melt, the machine automatically recycles the water and begins making fresh cubes until the water level eventually gets too low, at which point it shuts off completely. While it does make a bit of noise during the freezing and dropping process, it isn't overly loud or distracting for a household environment. I also appreciated the included self-cleaning mode, the instruction manual makes it very easy to walk through that initial setup to ensure everything is sanitary before the first use. ​For the price, this has been a very dependable and worthwhile purchase. The ice quality is excellent, specifically because of that chewable texture that my son enjoys so much. It’s a sturdy, portable machine that delivers exactly what it promises without any hassle. Ok, y'all! I didn’t think I could get this excited about ice… but here we are 😄 This countertop ice machine is an absolute game-changer. It cranks out ice fast... like “did I blink and miss it?” fast... and keeps the cubes coming all day without any hassle. It’s super easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and honestly makes me feel a little fancy every time I fill up a glass. The ice is perfect for everything from iced coffee to evening drinks. Very easy to clean and isn't noisy (like my kiddos). Only downside? I now judge every other ice source in my life. Gas station or drink stop ice? We’re done. This machine has me in a cool relationship now, and I guess you could say things are getting pretty ice-solated 😄❄️ (I'll let myself out... haha)

It works ok, slow dispensing of ice and it runs a little and is very noisy. Kind of disappointed with this ice maker for what it cost
