Henckels Handheld Knife Sharpener, Easy to Use, Ergonomic Non-Slip Handle

Bought this to use with my new Victornox knife. I love it! Very easy to use and works very well. Just run the knife through the course sharpener, then through the fine sharpener, wipe off the knife and the knife is ready to use. Now all of my kitchen knives are perfectly sharp. I cook a lot and sharp knives are a must. They are also much safer to use.

This is exactly what I needed! I am so happy to have found it on Amazon. I love my Henckel knife set, I was just missing the sharpener. It works like a dream.

Instructions show coarse blade as far right slot in picture however on sharpener coarse is nearest handle ie. It is the wrong way round
