Texture is very consistent with 30 seconds microwave or hot water boiling hot water will do great too flavor was delicious. Could’ve added more candy to get more of a yellow texture. Nonetheless a bunch were fine color came out wonderful taste delicious on strawberries or anything else.

These arrived in South Florida and weren't just a giant blob inside the box. That, in and of itself, is a win. The ziploc on the bag was, open, unfortunately, so a 1/3 or so of the bag was out and unusable, but that left plenty to play with. So, of course, first thing I did was try a few. They have a smooth taste, not particularly chocolately, but that's in line with what these things are (not chocolate). They're not melted candy bars or chocolate chips so the taste was just what I expected. The color isn't quite as bold as the listing would lead you to believe, more of a pastel yellow than the neon yellow in the picture. For most use cases, I expect the pastel is actually better, but figured it should be noted. A couple of nice things fond on the label - the expiration date is 10 months away. A definite plus when ordering from a warehouse. Also, the Country of Origin is USA from PA. And the label has a lot # as well as a telephone number on it. I'm not likely to use either of them but nice to see them there, as opposed to some of the stuff you get from across the large pond. You definitely don't want to look at what these are made of. Pretty much all the worst stuff. 😂 But, again, that's pretty typical of these things and not really a knock on this brand or product but on the industry as a whole. These are no worse than what you'd pick up locally for this kind of product. So, how do they work? Just as you'd expect. I toss a handful in a bowl and ran through a few 30 second rounds in the microwave. Didn't take long until I had a nice smooth bowl of 'chocolate' to dip into. I dropped a strawberry in and removed it, which left a nice layer of candy coating attached. I put it in the fridge and it was hardened in just a few minutes. I then took a bite and it worked just as you'd expect, cracking where I bit it and most of the rest falling on my shirt. Success! 🤦‍♂️ End of the day, this product is exactly what I expected and works like any other I've used. Don't expect it to taste like melted chocolate chips and you'll be good to go.

The Yellow Chocolate Melts are fantastic! They melt smoothly, making dipping, molding, use, nice texture and coating a breeze. The vanilla flavor is delicious and not too sweet, perfect for all kinds of treats and festive occasions like Easter. The 1-pound pack is generous and lasts for multiple baking sessions. They hold their shape well when cooled, and the color is bright and vibrant.

These morsels are perfect for baking. They taste fresh and delicious. I ordered the yellow colored chocolate. They're a bright, daffodil color that will be perfect for making some chocolate covered pretzels or chocolate covered cookies. If I dip them in sprinkles then they'll really be cute with all sorts of colorful, festive fun. I already have some purple baking chocolate at home so these will be perfect to pair together -- putting yellow drizzle on the purple dipped goodies and purple drizzle on the yellow dipped goodies. I can't wait to get cooking!

These taste more like vanilla than chocolate. Plus there is no cocoa in it, so I wouldn't call this chocolate. But I like the rich yellow color. The candy is soft and tasted fresh. Easy to melt into a dip, or you could eat them straight out of the bag. Not much of a smell. They come in a resealable bag. They came all intact with no chipping in the pieces. It would be nice if they included the melting instructions on the bag to make these easier for the typical person to use.

I really love these melting chocolates. I would say the yellow color tends to have a more chemically taste than some of the other colors. It does taste like a decent white chocolate and it melts nicely. But it probably would be a color I would not get Again. I have tried a couple of the other ones and not have the same aftertaste. Overall, though it is a decent white chocolate that does the trick.

Given the yellow color, I expected these to have some sort of distinct or weird flavor, but they taste just like normal white chocolate. Actually really good! The size makes them well-suited for baking or melting, but they're also a great sweet snack. They're well packaged and labeled. If you need yellow colored white chocolate, these will be perfect!
