Is it ok to put in a hot bath?

I use it as perfume (mixed with fractionated coconut oil) or with a diffuser. I don’t see why you can’t use a couple drops in a hot bath. It smells really good.

is this non-gmo and phthalate free?

Im not sure but the claim is no additives or chemicals so maybe that answers your question. The quality seems very good.

Can this be used in DIY leave in conditioner?

Yes, I would imagine so. I've used it with a carrier oil and added it to a lotion. It's pretty strong, so I don't use more than 2 drops for every 4 ounces.
