OK - so I have a small pillow cemetery in the spare room at home for pillows that promised a lot but delivered little. soft ones, hard some just in between.....some to stop snoring, some to promote easy breathing, some cool ones for the summer and some warm ones for the winter. They reside in the spare room because they just don't work - or they do for about a week and then they stop. I bought this Mallow for all of the above so my first impressions are this after three days of use:1. It is comfortable2. It keeps its shape although it is very soft to touch3. It smells nice (yes it is important to have a fresh smell out of the box)4. It is cool at night - so the air is circulating inside and outside5. It does not stop me from snoring but then again, a pillow shoved down my throat might also not do the trick. I am asleep so have no idea if it does this or not - my wife is the arbiter of snoring and so far she has not complained (as much)6. I have not woken up so far with a stiff neck which has been a problem for some timeThis is not an archetypal orthopedic pillow in looks but I am happy so far. Not sure what the bamboo bit is in truth - sustainable (pah), anti-dust mite, etc (ok but we don't seem to have that problem in our house), or perhaps it grows at an alarming pace if left alone (?). Either way, so far, we all seem to be happy. Ask me again in three months time where the pillow is residing for a complete picture!

I've tried these pillows at my parents house, fell in love with them and decided to invest in it for me and my partner.They're soft but firm. You can adjust the thickness by removing some of the stuffing inside (good quality stuffing by the way) and storing it in the provided bag. We didn't really wait 24 hours but I think 5 hours were enough for them to be very plumped.It will never go flat as the memory foam inside it it shredded and not in a single piece. When fully grown, they're about 20cm thick.I just love them because when eventually they flat out because of your head laying on it, you can just plump them with your hands and they go back to normal instantly.If you want to try shredded foam, this is the way to go. UK company with 100 nights trymIf you don't like them, you can send them back but I doubt you will as they're magic!

Since using this pillow I haven’t had any headaches when waking up in the morning! It’s such a welcome change. I found it hard to get used to at the beginning but now I really enjoy the firm support. Would definitely recommend to those who suffer with neck and head pain.

This pillow Iv had for less than 2 weeks.at first it was fantastic I had the best night sleep ever but now 2 weeks on it's as flat as a pancake . It's bo longer comfortable and I'm left disappointed again.i always suffer from wrong pillows and I thought I'd finally found the perfect one.but no.and to spend all the money too. Very disappointed

Have now slept on this pillow for about 1 week and I’mImpressed. It’s just the right height for me, a side sleeper, I find I don’t wake up to turn over but wake up on a the other side. I have tried quite a few pillows as so far this is the best and I hope it stays that way and I will buy a second pillow for my OH. Great price too.

Ive only had the pillow a couple of days but can already tell the difference. I suffer from back/neck issues and this pillow seems to have eased the stiffness in my neck that i used to get when i woke up.It is easy to adjust for comfort, they give a bag that you can use to put the excess stuffing that you remove into.I use an additional pillow case for personal preference but there is a removable cover that can be washed.The box arrived slightly damaged but i had already recieved an email apologising for this as there is a known issue with the currently delivery guys and i was also offered a discount on my next purchase as an apology even though i said the pillow was absolutely fine and undamaged.Would 100% recommend.

I have been suffering from neck pain for a while now, and this is the only thing that has been able to relieve it. The pillow is extememely comfortable yet supportive, and comes at such a reasonable price for the quality and effectiveness of the product. I also love how you can adjust the height of the pillow, and that it’s easy to clean.Moreover, the customer service is outstanding! They checked up on me to see if the product arrived ok in its packaging, as they had a slight problem with deliveries. My package was perfectly fine, but it’s so nice and refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers.I can’t recommend the company and the product enough! If you’re looking for an amazing pillow at a decent price, definitely go for this one :)

As one of the pricier pillows with shredded foam, I really had high expectations. I've been through lots of different pillows in my time and as a sufferer of constant neck pain, I thought this would help, but quite the opposite. Instead of their claim of waking up with no pain, I woke up with more and I highly question their claim of being doctor designed, I feel I've fallen for a marketing ploy and further research of the company shows no doctor credentials.
