No it is the regular Eau de parfum not the intense version.

Is this genuine dior?

I am adding to my review.....dior bought the name (in 1990s) from Jean Patou who created the very expensive perfume in the 1920s. Yes, this is a Dior fragrance but smells nothing like Joy perfume we loved for 1920s to 1990s.

Is this the intense version?

I love Joy. It's been a staple of mine since college when I received it as a gift. It is intense, so as with all fine fragrances, it's better to go light than heavy.
