Hi, can you use a universal telescopic pole with this squeegee (similar to a paint roller extension pole) or will it only fit the GBPro pole?

The GBPro wiper is designed to fit specifically the GBPro telescopic pole. As it is pressure fit for quick release, the chamfered/tapered handle marries up with pole correctly allowing the wiper or any other attachments the correct grip and to fit correctly and not move around or come off the end. Other makes may work to a fashion but obviously will not fit correctly as designed - any further information, please do not hesitate to contact support.

can you use it on inside windows without getting surfaces too wet

Yes you can using the micro tiger, a microfibre wash sleeve (with T bar holder). used mainly with water, just use damp. A good quality microfibre is a highly engineered textile that will lift the grease/film off the window and is more efficient damp than wet (this will not work with fleece/cotton wash sleeves). If excessive film/grease, use just a little washing up liquid well diluted (or GBPro multi-surface with degreaser) to help remove but should work with plain water on the inside. Wipe the window in sweeping continual strokes keeping the micro-tiger in one direction. Use the GBPro squeegee in the same fanning manner, using a microfibre cloth or microtiger in the other hand following your movements to catch any excess. Then finish with a simple dry microfibre cloth to do the edges after you have used the squeegee. I'm doing quite well with this but I get a wet line along the top of the window sometimes which then dribbles down. How can I stop this?

There are various ways to tackle this, the most common is to position the wiper on one side top corner and as tight to the top edge as possible, then drag to the other side with the blade at a slight angle to the bottom, then use a GBPro microfibre cloth (has more absorbency than any of form of cloth) or a scrim and just run the cloth around the edge to remove any residual water left by the squeegee. If you use a micotiger wash sleeve, they are best used damp, not wet, this allows you to use less water and microfibre is more efficient in lifting dirt & grime when damp if it is a quality engineered microfibre. This will also allow you to use internally. As an extra precaution when using internally, as you move the squeegee across the window, run the micro tiger in the other hand just under the blade to catch any drips, again a good quality microfibre will absorb more water than any other cotton, fleece, etc. Ask here on Amazon or ring our support line if you have any other questions.
