I bought these hearing aids for my dad, and he loved it so much. Honestly , it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for him. He had been struggling to hear conversations clearly. They started out good but by end of the month were very difficult to understand. Re-read guide but suggestion doesn’t work. Now I’m just stuck with junk and less money!

Purchased for my wife. She has a pair of the $3000 hearing aids from a Doctor. Uses them, but doesn't like them, doesn't like trying to change the batteries when they run out at the most inopportune time. And, she doesn't like the cost of the batteries. She also tried two types of the aids that sell for about $99.00. They work ok for me so it's not the aids, but for her they beep, squeel and chirp. Also she finds them uncomfortable. So, I purchased this set of Bigprots. They work! They are comfortable, hold a charge, help her hearing and don't cause her ears to itch. The four different modes are helpful and the many volume levels help to customize the aids. In addition the charging base has a dryer built in that is supposed to stop moisture from harming the aids. So far this looks like a great purchase.

Battery life is the best I've found. Sound isn't as clear as I hoped but that might be just my ears. Fast charge, case holds several charges and the battery in the aids lasts for at least 24 hours.

Easy to understand instructions, explaining simply how to set volume and modes. These hearing aids are so light weight I forget I have them in my ears. I wear them for 18 to 20 hours each day with out any issues, no feedback or irritating slippage. I am amazed at how fast they charge and how simply they fit into the charging case. I can easily distinguish back ground noise from conversations at my weekly book club meeting. When walking my dog on the street I can hear traffic coming from behind me, I fell much safer with my new hearing aids.
