Do I use this after my shower before I brush my hair or after?? and why does the product details say 1 A batteries required??

I brush my hair and then put it in my damp hair. I am not sure why it says anything about batteries. I bought this here because my salon was out at the time but it’s half the price through a salon. This Amazon seller is doubling the price so if you can find it elsewhere it might save you money. It is good stuff though if you have frizz because it helps tame it otherwise I didn’t notice anything else.

Can you use this on dry hair or does it have to be wet?

I use it on dry hair sometimes but mostly wet hair. If I use it on dry I only use a little otherwise my hair is so thin it weighs it down a bit.

I need a complete list of ingredients due to my skin allergies. Can anyone help with that?
