Poor Quality Construction Leaves You Hanging
I dropped this charger on a carpeted floor three weeks after I received it and the end broke off. It stopped charging my computer. This charger lasted a total of three weeks. I run my own business and I need my computer 24/7. If my computer doesn't work because the battery didn't get charged I'm SOL and it costs me time and money. I went to Best Buy and bought a Dell branded charger like I should have done to begin with.

Dell XPS 15 9570-Laptop- replacement AC Adapter Charger
I've been using this AC adapter for about a month now. It seems the same as the original Dell product in form and function. So far, so good. I seldom give a 5-star rating for electronics because they can be fine one day and not so much the next, especially with a non-OEM product. The price for this one was definitely much less than the original Dell replacement. I was happy that it had the same indicator light on the connection to the laptop as the original did, so I can easily see that it is powered.
