This is a very good and comfortable vest.I don't feel the weighted initially but after wearing it after hour or two, I definitely feel the spare 6.8kg.I bought 10% of my body weighted, I am 169cm tall, 68kg.I mainly wear it for my daily walks.Please be reminded to follow correct movement when wearing at home and sitting on the sofa or bending over.You may hurt yourself if you don't follow the correct ways to stand up.Overally, great apart from having dilemma about washing it.You will get sweaty after 30-40 minutes during rigorous walk.

Great form factor and great value for the weight, stays very stable on the body. Doesn’t interfere with any movement like press ups or pull ups I have tried.

For what it is fantastic. On the plus side, very well priced you wont get a weighted vest with 6kg for anywhere near this price. The only negative point which is to be expected is that there is no adjustability as the weight is sand in the arms. Size wise whilst this is a women's it fits me as a smaller guy.

I had been thinking about buying a weighted vest for a long time, considering the variety of styles available, I had no idea which to get. Then a friend of mine leant me his. That gave me information about what a weighted vest was about. A great help.His was like a jacket and straps fitted through D rings on the side, and I could add or take off weights. Doing the straps up was not easy, and once the thing was on it felt restrictive on the chest. Wearing it for a while my shoulders began to feel the pressure, which surprised me because I thought my legs would play up first. It also gave me an idea of what weight I would need. Far less than I thought.So I chose this one. A fixed weight, straps that do up at the front, and a vest type. If I ever need it to be heavier, I’ll buy the next size up. My intention is to only use it around the house. I may gravitate to doing short walks, but I won’t be running with it.

Compre el de 10 libras creo que esta muy pesado para mi, pero en si se ve de muy buena calidad, viene con un porta cel que se ajusta muy bien.
