Suooydoy 12oz Pine Rosin with Jojoba Oil Natural Pine Resin

Absolutely perfect for what I needed to do!

I've been using these two products separately instead of for food wraps. I like the jojoba oil as a skin moisturizer and have noticed a difference on my skin over the last few months. I also asked my husband to try the rosin on his violin and he's had good results but had to do quite a bit of processing, which isn't worth the effort according to him so I'm trying to find other uses for these rosin. I will try out some food wraps soon and update.

I ordered this combo for making beeswax wraps. The rosin NEVER melted into the beeswax, even after 2 hours in a double boiler: it just globbed even after making MULTIPLE tries to melt. DO NOT order this if you plan to make beeswax wraps. I did place an order with an American retailer for the pine rosin, and it worked well for beeswax wraps. The jojoba oil was okay, but this came as a package deal. I do not recommend.

I made some Bees Wraps & a bread bag using this with bees wax. It worked well. The resin does not melt easily, so the oven method in a disposable aluminum pan is the best method, if you don't have a pot you're ok with completely ruining.

I’ve been happy with this pine rosin. The texture is easy to work with, and it provides good grip without feeling overly messy. The 12 oz container is a generous amount, so I have plenty for different projects. Good quality and useful for several applications.

This is a nice set with a lot of versatility, whether you’re using the ingredients together or separately. The pine resin is good quality. It is a light amber in color, clean, and free of dirt or bark. It comes in smaller disc-shaped pieces, which makes melting much easier. The scent is extremely mild, just a soft pine note that’s barely noticeable. The label indicates the ingredient as high-grade pine resin safe for skin, but it does not specifically say food grade. The jojoba oil is hexane‑free, well‑packaged, and sealed securely in plastic. There was no leakage in shipping. Mine arrived with an expiration date two years out, which I appreciate. It’s labeled as 100% pure jojoba oil and is made in China. The texture is smooth and lightweight. This set would work nicely for making beeswax wraps, grip wax, salves, or other natural balms. You can also use the ingredients individually—pine resin makes a lovely incense with a clean burn, and jojoba oil is a great multipurpose moisturizer for skin and hair.

This is a great set, even if you don’t do beeswax wraps (I’ll have to look those up…). I use jojoba oil as a carrier and have more uses for hexane free than the bottle holds. I know there are medicinal uses for pine rosin and appreciate a pure source without having to tap a tree. The pellets are great to convert slick hands to gripping ready, too. Finally, it is wonderful to burn, smelling great (but it can pop!) whether for puja or just relaxing.

I like that this bundle includes both a large 12 oz jar of natural pine resin and a 3.4 oz bottle of jojoba oil, which makes it convenient for DIY projects. The resin looks clean and melts well when heated slowly, making it useful for things like homemade beeswax food wraps or other craft projects where you need extra stickiness. I also found it practical for small casual uses. A tiny amount of the resin can help improve grip on tools or sports equipment, and a little goes a long way because it is quite sticky once softened. I appreciate that the jojoba oil can also be used separately for skin or hair care, so it doesn’t go to waste even if you’re not doing a lot of DIY projects. The packaging was secure and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, I think it’s a versatile set for simple DIY projects and general use around the house.
