Cheap plastic, poor build. The transformer they use in the steamer is very low quality and makes bang bang noise when plugged in like the noise coming from power grid. This may burst or electrocute you. Buy at your own risk. I returned it right away.

Received today , two accessories are missing namely steel wire ball and towel cover. And hose connector fitting issue .

Returning, went through whole tank of water and never produced steam, just boiling water pouring out.

I got this steam cleaner to spot clean and refresh my couches. It came with all the accessories needed to clean my couches. It’s a chemical-free cleaning, which only uses water and high-temperature steam to clean. I have kids at home, and I didn’t want my couches to be cleaned with any chemicals. It was a perfect steam cleaner for it, without worrying about using cleaning solutions. It was very easy to use and spot clean my couches. I am absolutely happy with the result after cleaning. My couches look brand new again without any stains. I definitely recommend it!

I tested it out in my bathroom and kitchen. Not as powerful as people make it out to be. My other floor steamer blows this away! It took so much more work with this to clean grout than it would have with my 3 in 1 steamer that didn't cost much more than this. I'm pretty underwhelmed by this product unfortunately.
