desertcart.com : Hevto Neoprene Socks 3mm Men & Women Dive Scuba Fins Socks Surfing Booties for Beach Water Sports (S3-Black, S) : Sports & Outdoors Review: Great for scuba - I like them better than dive boots, easier to get your fins off. Not made to do street walking, but great on the boat and in the fins Review: They're perfect for walking around the house. - These are like the perfect mix between socks and house shoes. They really helped to keep me from consistently walking around my house bare footed. I have house shoes, but I don't always used them due to having to take them off and put them on every time I make a move from my room to any other parts of the house. I just slide my feet into these Neoprene socks and fasten the wrap around straps at the top and just keep them on, as opposed to consistently putting them on and taking them off. That is because they are comfortable enough for me to even have on while sitting in my bed. They size and fit is perfect, though you may want to check and order the size that best suits you. They are much more durable than regular socks while you wear them like they were socks. The bottoms are as durable as house slippers, and they really keep my feet warm while walking around the house during this cold session.

Water shoes
Honestly, I think these are decent shoe for minimal stuff like jumping on a paddleboard or jumping in a kayak or something a leisure one you’re not gonna walk all around the beach in these cause there’s just not enough support and padding but as far as a decent water shoe, it’ll definitely work on. I would say freshwater, but if you go into the sea, as in saltwater, you might struggle if you encounter any sort of muscles or oysters that have jagged edges because it’ll probably slice right through the bottom, but I think for what these are, they’ll keep your feet warmer when you’re in the water and they’re relatively lightweight and the strap at the top does help for sure. Keep them on not 100% sure I could fully endorse these, but if you want something cheap that you’re only gonna use a handful of times these would be definitely a good choice. If it’s something you’re gonna use regularly, I would probably buy something different.

Excellence product
These socks (size large) are a nearly perfect fit for my size 9 foot. If in doubt, order up one size, because my big toe just touches the end, and if there was any more pressure there, that might be distracting. 3 mm is an ideal thickness to add some warmth, but retain absolute flexibility and comfort. Their stiff enough that I don't think I would need the velcro strap around the cuff to hold them up, but that will prove useful to help keep water from swishing in and out. The crew ankle height also feels ideal, hitting a comfortable feeling spot along my shin, and just above any boot cuff I might wear these with. Not that you necessarily need to wear these inside any boots. The rubberized bottom is grippy and the fights some protection against wear. The design is quite nice, including the way the bottom portion comes up higher around your arch, which means you won't be rubbing against any seams anywhere under your foot. Even if it did, this seems inside are quite smooth. The same is true on the outside of your foot, so it won't matter if you happen to put these on backwards (I consider the outside to be where the buckle is). They appear to be closed cell neoprene and waterproof, which is fantastic. A very good product! I'm impressed, and will appreciate these next time I go canyoneering or tromping through anywhere wet and cold.

A little loose, but good thick Neoprene
These diving socks seem very well made and use thick, sturdy neoprene that feels durable and protective. The soles have good grip and the overall construction looks like it will hold up well for water sports or rocky surfaces. That said, they run a bit wide. I have large calves and wide feet, and even for me they aren’t very snug. I think most skinny men or women would be swimming in these. The adjustable strap helps a little, but they still have a loose fit overall. I have concerns, they are going to fill with sand when I use them. When I first opened the package I didn't even recognize what they were. I was surprised they fit. I could have probably gone with the Large and maybe got a better fit. Still, they should work fine for diving or general water use, especially if you prefer something that’s easier to pull on and off. Good quality, just a roomy fit.

waterproof and warm
These socks were waterproof and warm (pic 1, 2) for walking along the ocean shore and for paddleboarding. However, on the shoreline, I did not go into water above the top line of the socks, and I also avoided some rocks in the area because I did not want to chance ripping the socks. I felt steady in the socks and liked the grip on my paddleboard with these on.

Water Socks for General Use
My family likes to Scuba dive, and when we went to get our equipment bag out last month the older boots had degraded. These are meant to replace them, as they are a cloth-covered neoprene type. We checked out the Small size which ranges from women’s 6.5-8. My daughter is on the low end and my wife is on the high end. It fits them both fairly well, with it being slightly loose on my daughter’s foot. But for inserting into a Scuba fin it should work fine for her. However, some points to make – the socks are not as conformal as other Scuba boots I’ve seen. The Velcro strap secures the sock to your foot, but it might still be a struggle for some to remove the sock. My preference on a Scuba boot is still one with a side zipper down to the ankle that relieves the boot tension for ease of removal. However, for general use on the beach, etc. this could be a versatile swim sock to have.
