This detector is small and black, and pretty basic looking, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s very simple to operate; there are only a couple of buttons. I recently got it and did a quick test in my apartment, and while I didn't find any hidden cameras (thankfully!), the device seemed to respond as expected when I tested it near some electronics. The manual is short but informative. It explains the different features, such as the infrared detection and the night vision light. The instructions mention its receiving frequency range, which is good to know, but I don’t understand all the technical details. I wanted something simple to use, and so far, this seems to fit the bill. I appreciate the compact design; it makes it very portable.

This black camera detector feels surprisingly well-made for its size. I was expecting something flimsy, but it has a nice weight to it. The casing seems sturdy. I haven’t actually used it to detect any cameras yet, as I only just received it. My main reason for buying this was for when I travel. I often stay in hotels and Airbnbs, and you just never know these days. I’m not trying to be paranoid, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. I like that it’s small enough to fit in my travel bag without taking up too much space. The description mentioned it can detect various devices, including eavesdropping equipment, which is another plus. I’m hoping it will give me some added security while I’m on the road. I'll test it out thoroughly before my next trip.

I love that it doesn’t look intimidating or bulky， it’s actually kind of cute for a security gadget. Every time I check into a hotel, I whip it out and do a quick scan of the room, just to make sure there aren’t any sneaky cameras lurking around. Since it’s so small, nobody really pays attention when I’m using it, which is nice for avoiding awkward questions.
