Not as non-stick as we hoped
This pan is Not as non-stick as we hoped. But it is literally bullet proof. My wife loves it! I can clean it like a man, using the most aggressive pads I have (depending on how much she's burned on the food) because it can not be scratched. She uses it like a wok outdoors (outdoors so the house doesn't smell of cooking).

A lifetime pan
Not cheap but worth the price washes up like new every time apart from a slight gold / brown glow but spotless otherwise great to work with as long as you don't turn the gas up full bore great product

Avoid this pan...not worth the money
Recently purchased this pan. Was excited to read the description and liked the fact it was no stick without teflon. Used it the first time the other day. Made cream peas which I would normally do in a pot but thought this pan would work just fine. Bad mistake. As directed, I cooked the creamed peas on medium low heat then changed the heat to low. Seemed to cook well. However, the cream peas scorched in the center much to my dismay but thought well it won't effect the flavor and should clean up easily. Wrong. After soaking the pan with water and dish soap, tried scrubbing the pan and discovered the scorching would not clean off. Had to used my steel scrub pad which did clean if off but seemed to dull the surface while leaving no scratches as described. Don't know how this would work for searing meat and clean easily since searing will definitely stick to the pan as well. Now I am not so happy with spending $150.00 on a pan which can be a challenge to clean and is supposedly "non-stick". Will sear some beef and see what happens. The fact it is described as never warping was also appealing. Both my expensive Anolon and Cephalon pans warped while taking great care ro regulate the heat so as to avoid using them with heat too high. I tend to cook never above medium unless I wish to boil something in a kettle. It came with the wrenches to assemble the pan which was nice but I was left with one covered screw which had no place in the assembly. It was loose in the box. Anyone else experience this? Update: Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star and would provide negative stars if possible. Just tried to make a toasted cheese sandwich in this pan and it failed completely. Bread stuck to the pan and trying to turn the sandwich wrecked the bread on both sides even though the bread was well buttered. Now I am left with struggling to clean the pan a second time. It is definitely NOT non-stick just as so many others have noted. Decided to return after the 2nd use failed.

Premium and worth the price
I’ve been using this pan for a few days now and honestly it feels much more expensive than it is. The hammered titanium finish gives it a really clean high end look in person, and the pan itself feels solid without being overly heavy. The glass lid fits nicely and the handle stays comfortable while cooking. I’ve used it on my gas stove for chicken, eggs, and sautéed vegetables so far. Heat distribution has been very even with no obvious hot spots, and food releases much easier than my older pans. Cleanup has also been simple with just warm water and a soft sponge. One thing I really like is that it doesn’t have that cheap flimsy feel a lot of online cookware has. The texture inside also makes it look unique compared to standard nonstick pans. If it holds up long term, this is honestly a great value buy. Definitely happy with it so far.

Not non stick to me.
Does as well as any stainless steel pan. I wouldn't call it non stick. Does not function as seen in the ads. It's heavy to handle. I like that it is non toxic. Over priced to me.
