1 Review: Great Product and great service - Very happy with this sauna. I am 6‘2“ and fit in it very well. Gets to 150 F, but we mostly use around 130F. The lounge chair seating is quite comfortable. The 240 V, 20 amp service really gives it the power to heat up quickly. 15 to 20 minute is all that’s needed to preheat the unit. You will need to get an electrician to install the dedicated line. I had a few questions during install and TaTaLife was very responsive and very helpful. Great supplier to work with. Two supports for the loungers were missing and water damage
Two of the Support pieces for the lounger were missing, and there was water damage to the inside of the spa where the nail holes are staining the cedar

Cost/Value
We seem to sort by price low to high, then feel everything is poor quality. This is quality and worth it. Assemblers did fantastic, square, even, detailed. Packaged well. Shipping coast to coast took some time because of size but clearly handled with kid gloves. She’s over the moon so I’m happy.
