The hands should not come together so closely because they don’t do anything for the lower part which is the most tense. It is much stronger than I thought but the design is wrong.

Don't buy it if you have a bad shoulder or bad neck
It's much is smaller than I was expecting and what the videos shows on the advertising so I don't really recommend it for a bad neck pain as a fairest option

Eases the pain in my neck.
This is great and really helps my painful neck. However, I've knocked one star off because it doesn't perform well on the lowest setting, on which it seems to struggle to work and makes a squeaking sound but since I'm happy with the middle setting it didn't seem worth sending it back. Overall, I'm very happy with this, especially as I had to return the first one I tried because it caused a bruise on my neck. However, that was another make and slightly different design.

Leider sehr schmerzhaft, drückt zu stark . Aus dem Grund habe ich zurück geschickt.

Süßes Gerät. Leider habe ich ein Retourenprodukt bekommen. Die eine Wärmelampe hat nicht richtig funktioniert und auf einer Seite gab es immer Knackgeräusche. An sich aber ein cooles Gerät. Für die Intensität gibt es Stufen und die Druckkraft ist super. Leider war es trotzdem nichts für mich. Da ich Migränepatient bin, hat dieses Gerät bzw. der Druck meine Migräne getriggert.
