Not a long hose
Too short to reach anywhere but the front seats. I added jumbo size pack of noodles to make longer. Works well now.

Not worth it
Item as described, but very inefficient at moving air through the hose. Felt like 10% of the air actually passed from the vent through the hose, even after sealing off as much of the vent to avoid air from leaking from the sides

Defective out of the box and very short
I got this because I take my dog with me everywhere and I thought it might be nice for her to have a/c on warmer days. Unfortunately, this vent extension came with a hole in the tube. It is far from durable. I had to send it back for a replacement, so I never even had a chance to try it out. As another reviewer mentioned, it is also very short. There is no way it would reach into the 2nd row, much less the 3rd. The listing is simply inaccurate. If this were higher quality and longer, it would be able to do what it was advertised to do and would definitely be worth the money. As it stands, I can't recommend it.
