Don’t waste your time or money. This item is made very cheaply and feels like it came from temu. The plastics are very thin, the noodles feel like they’re going to fall off at any moment. Some of the holes dont line up with the threads and the speed setting is pointless. The speed setting only changes how fast the noodles retract and not how fast they come at you. The noodles are also too far apart to allow you to slip a punch. This thing would only be good practice if boxing was nothing but shoulder shots. You’re better off just egging on a drunk step father for practice on how to dodge a punch. Patches O'Houlihan would be very disappointed with this as I am too.

Based on the price, I thought this would be a little bit more heavy duty and high-quality. It’s not what I expected. It’s incredibly lightweight and almost all like something from wish.com. You can get a decent workout from it, but it’s more work than it should be. I don’t really think that it’s the best value.

Do not get this! I turned it on and I promise you after the first 15 minutes. It made a weird sound like it was glitching Zz z sound and it started smoking! I had to turn it off and then when I requested to return it. It said nonrefundable because of the damage. So now I have it and I have to be weary with it. You can not leave it on. Also putting combinations is complicated to do and setting it. So if you want you do it then it has to be random or you press the buttons and another person is the one to use it. Shame cuz I paid $275
