Perfect for sensitive ears. Dainty and pretty. Took a minute or 5 to figure out how to put on or screw on w/o dropping the back but the second time was easier. I have sensitive ears that get red, sore and itchy if there is nickel or anything not hypoallergenic. Happy to say I have had these on for several days and slept in them with no issues. I even swapped out a pair of earrings that were in newly pierced holes. ZERO issues. No irritation. Very well made!

Really cute earrings. My daughter has really sensitive ears and titanium is the only thing she can wear. She's had these in for about a month and no issues. The flat backs are easy to screw on and off.

I really like these! I never wear earrings. Despite really liking them, my ears like to reject earrings of all kinds. They swell up, they itch, my ear lobes turn pink. Wearing earrings for any amount of hours was just unpleasant. When I saw these were earrings meant for sensitive ears, I had to give them a shot. For looks, they are very small! Smaller than I expected. It's also a little hard to tell they are hearts from far away. Mostly because the curves at the top are minimal. For wear, I really, really like the flat back. I can sleep in these and basically leave them in at all times and I don't have to worry about being poked. I used both of the spacers provided, which was a really nice inclusion. They do rotate a bit while wearing them, but they don't see at risk of falling out. I haven't the back untwisting at all. I had a slightly hard time getting one of them secured when first putting them in, the pieces are so small! But now that they are in, they are secure. And best of all, these do not irritate my ears. The first day I wore them they felt a bit itchy and I was ready to be disappointed, but I decided to give them a chance. I've now had them for about a week without taking them off once. They've survived sleep, showers, a bounce house for my daughters birthday (lol). I love them and would recommend.
