Ok. So, I'm fortunate enough not to have a family member in medical need of these, so I will offer that these were offered with consensual bondage play in mind. I also considered they might be useful in case of a mild zombie outbreak, for use in an emergency exorcism, or in case of a touch of Lycanthropy! They are equally suited for medical, emergency and ethical recreational use! These restraints are obvious made of quality materials and manufactured well. Everything is cleanly fitted and well stitched. The cuffs are comfortable enough, even put on pretty tightly, I felt no discomfort, pain or pinching. If I have an opportunity to comfort test these for an extended time, I will update the review with my findings, but early indications are promising. I have fairly thick wrists and very thick ankles. At first fit, I was wishing they were slightly longer, but once I realized I was using the second cuff strap wrong and correctly looped it through the buckle, I felt better about the versatility of the sizing. These are easy to put on and the buckles can easy attach or detach from the long bed straps. For context on bed strap length, the included image showing these in on a queen size bed, running widthwise. For medical use, these are meant to be securely tied to the bed rails and/or bedframe. I think you would want to find a YouTube video demonstrating how to tie the most appropriate knots for this use. The straps are like seatbelt material and securely stitched. The buckles and click-in clips are plastic, but seem to be very strong and sturdy. Perhaps not best for exorcism or werewolf use, but perfectly suitable for human strength. For consentual bondage play, you can easily simulate restraint, while providing an emergency escape by the bound party, by just tucking the bed straps under the mattress, between the mattress and box spring or boxless bed frame. Just be sure to test that the bound party can pull the straps from under the mattress if need be. The detachable buckles also make it easy for the other partner to release the bound party quickly, if need be. If you prefer a more secure bondage but want to preserve an out, as long as one hand can be freed, it's easy to free oneself from the other restraints one-handed. You can properly tie three of the four points and just tuck under one of the hand straps. No accidental Gerald's Game nightmare scenario! Great quality product with multiple ethical uses. Don't abuse them and they should serve well!

This set of four identical restraints is extremely well made. First, the way they attach is ridiculously secure: 1. There's one Velcro connection. 2. The other goes through the loop and folds back on itself for a second Velcro closure. With both of these taken together, it would be impossible to get out of this. *The material of the straps is super strong, like the same material that ratchet straps are made out of. *The straps are very long, which makes them versatile. You can attach them feet away from the limb. And it has a loop on the end that you can use or you can just tie it however you want. *The snapping connection clicks in and holds well but is easy to release by depressing the sides. * The padding on the green part is fairly thick so it gives a soft cushy feel against the skin where it's attached. * I like that the part that attaches to the limb is a couple inches long so that way it spreads the pressure out versus a restraint that was skinny *There are breathing holes on the inside where it meets the skin. On the outside of the restraint there is a fuzzy green material that feels so nice and soft, but unfortunately this part is not what's against the skin.
