This propolis and honey spray is pretty easy to use. The spray itself have a primarily honey flavor, pleasantly sweet and also leaves my throat feeling somewhat numbed. I have issues with throat irritation that leads to frequent presence of phlegm in my throat, mild choking and occasional coughing fits. This spray does a great job at alleviating these symptoms.While a single honey lozenge can offer me about at least 30 minutes of relief, by comparison a couple of sprays of this products gives me about 15 minutes. In terms of cost effectiveness, this is great.Overall this spray works as advertised to provide relief to my throat. Given the price it's selling at, it's also a great value for the money as it's much cheaper than honey based lozenges, and the spray bottle can last me much longer than a bag of lozenge.For people looking for quick relief without having to bother with sucking on a hard lozenge in their mouth, this is a great product and I'm happy to recommend it for this purpose. I'm also happy to just recommend it as a general throat relief product, given how cheap and effect this spray is.

I keep a bottle of propolis spray around the house for various things such as when I have a sore throat or canker sores.Bee propolis is basically bee glue or resin that they use to seal things around the hive, and has anti-bacterial properties that are useful for us.This is slightly different than the usual kind I get as this is mint flavored which is kind of uncommon, but still has the same effects otherwise.Personally I think it would've been fine had they left the mint out and kept the natural flavor of the propolis.Bottle itself is very small, about the size of an inhaler, and you basically point it into your mouse and press the top to spray some in your mouth. Given the size of the bottle, I'd guess that it might be good for maybe 100 sprays.

So far we have not gotten sick this year so maybe it is working! It feels like a high quality product and the bottle is the perfect size to keep on the counter or throw in a bag. This is a really good value for a supplement that is easy to take and actually tastes okay!

When I ordered this I just wanted it on hand for sore throat season. When I got it I had just developed a mild sore throat that was beginning to worsen so I was able to put it to the test immediately. Firstly the flavor, it’s like squirting a honey stick into your mouth. It’s very pleasant and sweet like all things honey should be. It sprays well and coats the throat evenly with only 1-2 sprays. How effective was it on my sore throat? There the results were somewhat disappointing. At first my throat felt no difference. I tried spraying it at regular 5-10 minute intervals 2-3 sprays each time. I had to resort to other treatments. Only after I took those did my throat start getting any relief the whole while still spraying away. While it had a soothing flavor its actual ability to soothe the soreness of my throat left much to be desired. If there was a relief it was mere seconds and not lasting.

I got this to hopefully combat some lingering cold symptoms in my family.Some of my children have some raw feeling throats from drainage, and so far, this actually seems to be working. Not just to temporarily coat their throat like typical throat spray, but it seems to actually be combating whatever is causing the issue, for lasting relief.To me, this tastes similar to manuka honey and I don't really get a minty taste at all. It's pleasant to take.This comes out with pretty good pressure so be careful not to aim this straight down your throat. A decent stream comes out too, so it doesn't take much.So far, this seems to be working for all of us. I'm hoping that it not only helps with the irritation now, but boosts our immune systems to finally kick this!

This definitely perks up my throat. With a small spritz it feels like my throat gets a bit tingly and feels more alert after use. I feel like I can breathe a little deeper after using this. The taste of this is also nice too. It's a bit of a sharp mint flavor followed by a little depth in the bit of a honey taste. Since it's only one or two spritz to feel a bit better, there's definitely a lot of use I can get from this. The spray is intuitive to use and it feels nice to have around. No issues with leaks or spills. Overall, a nice product with great value for money.

I was also happy to be able to try this to have on hand, and it seems like a nice addition to when things are going on. It's a spray, and a good amount comes out. It is very sugary with the honey flavor and the mint is strong. This isn't something that I would only turn to when I have a problem, but this is something that is helpful, especially when the child isn't feeling well. It has a soothing feeling to it, but you do have to like honey, mint flavor. Overall, I don't have any complaints about this or this brand, thank you.
