Very good quality for the cost!
Very happy with the intake. Adds a nice roar to acceleration. Fairly easy to install. Used some hose from the auto store to connect one of the breather lines a little easier.

This can cause major engine damage buyer beware it's not worth it.
After installing this cold air intake on my 2011 f150 5.0 I was driving and I got in my truck pretty good and when it shifted it had a major backfire which destroyed my throttle body and put it in limp mode. I literally thought my engine or transmission exploded it was so violent. I knew something was up when the intake did not fit that great and it had a slight whistle to it which now I think was a vacuum leak even though everything was installed professionally. This thing might have cost me my engine or transmission over a cheap intake I knew better to cheap out but I wanted to give this a shot. I regret it horribly.

My F-150 Finally Breathes Like It Should!
I installed this cold air intake on my 2014 F-150, and the difference was noticeable right away. The truck feels more responsive, especially on acceleration, and the throttle sound has a deeper, cleaner tone that wasn’t there before. Installation was straightforward—took me about an hour with normal hand tools—and everything fit exactly where it was supposed to. The heat shield is solid and actually does its job well. Temperatures stay nice and cool, and I can tell the engine is getting better airflow. I’m even seeing a small bump in fuel mileage, which is a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting. For the price, this intake system is a total win. Good build quality, great performance boost, and it makes the truck more fun to drive. Five stars!
