Is the leather upper comfortable for sensitive skin?

Is this suitable for swimming or water play?

The Little Santorini Sandals are water-resistant and handle pool splashes, sand, and casual water play. Durable strong stitching and a non-slip sole keep them steady, though they aren't designed for full submersion.
