Incomplete package
Those pieces that I actually received (banner and fans) looked very nice. However I received no balloons. They were completely left out of my order package. No problem of getting them from the shop but that is obviously not a value for money. Makes me wonder if something else could be left out of the package for other customers. I have contacted the seller and asked for partial refund for missing balloons but had no response and no refund even of those couple of quid I asked for! Not great, would not be purchasing again and wouldn't recommend!

Totally gorgeous party decorations, really made the garden look lovely ...I brought these as a last min replacement as let down by another supplier. So glad I did.

Missing items
There were no glitter swirls for the balloon which were the main part of the package to make it look great and the main reason for the purchase. Really disappointed!
