Im really pleased. Lovely colours, a good size and the tea drainer works very well- you can put it into a small teapot where it also works well.

Works absolutely brilliantly and keeps tea hot - it's about twice the size of a normal mug. Only point I would make is that for such a tall item the base should be wider as I can see I will eventually knock this over.

This is a remarkable purchase. I was fed up with tea bags full of shavings and wanted to use my loose leaf teas which I'd stopped using because the tea pots were too big and used too much of what was very expensive. I wanted to brew individual cups and less leaf. I have found this cup retains the flavour of high quality teas because the expansive sieve/strainer in the cup allows the tea to brew effectively. Definitely a winner.

Love it. It's really good when you don't want to make a full pot of tea. Not so good for coffee though.

Very good quality. Bought as a gift for someone who likes to brew their tea from leaves. Recipient loved it, and the filter inside makes it a lot easier to clean than using a teapot.

It is a beautifully designed cup, with a large tea strainer which will accommodate loose leaf tea or any tea bags. The strainer also fits my to go cup and I use the lid also to keep the tea warm while steeping. I would 100% recommend.

Nachdem ich eine Tasse für mich gekauft hatte und von Qualität der Tasse sowie des Siebs begeistert war, habe ich weitere Tassen nachbestellt und auch einige verschenkt. Der Preis ist schon hoch, so dass man sich nicht einfach mal ein 6-er Set bestellt. Eine von den Tassen hatte ich im Angebot erstanden. Diese war leider mit einem kleinen Fehler versehen. Aber sonst sind die Tassen einfach ein Higlight für den Teegenuss.

This looked better in the picture online to me compared to the item I received first hand, but it is an attractive, colorful, sturdy mug. It’s good for coffee and any kind of beverage, but was made for tea—loose tea, specifically. It has a good-sized stainless steel basket with a stubby handle attached for lifting it out of the mug. It’s not a mesh basket that can dent easily, either. It’s solid steel with perforations around it for the brewing tea leaves to steep through. I haven’t yet tried it for tea. The colorful patterned ceramic cover goes over the mug and tea insert to help it steep or keep other hot beverages warm. The lid is compact and may slide around a little when the mug is lifted, but with care, should remain in place on the mug with no incident. I was expecting the mandala design to be brighter and was initially dismayed, but I got used to admiring it, and it does lend a spirited pop of color amidst the surrounding greige office palette. This company is also one of the best to do business with and I will be a repeat customer.
