Easy to take, but not the nicest taste
I’ve been trying this ionic calcium liquid concentrate mainly for bone and teeth support, and I liked the idea of something that absorbs easily without having to swallow tablets. The dropper makes it simple to use. You just add it to water or juice, which is a lot more convenient than pills if you don’t like tablets. It’s a small 50ml bottle, so it doesn’t take up much space either. In terms of how it feels, it mixes fine into drinks and doesn’t leave any bits or residue. That said, the taste is noticeable. It’s a bit metallic and not something you’d want on its own, so I’d definitely mix it with juice rather than plain water. I can’t say I’ve noticed any dramatic changes, but that’s fairly normal with supplements like this. It’s more something you take consistently for general support like muscle function and energy metabolism rather than expecting an instant effect. The fact it’s an ionic calcium supplement is a plus if you’re looking for something that’s meant to be easier for your body to absorb. It also gives a clear idea of how much calcium you’re getting per serving, which helps if you’re tracking intake. One thing to keep in mind is the bottle size. Because it’s only 50ml, it doesn’t last that long if you’re using it daily, so you might find yourself needing to replace it fairly often. I’d say it’s a good option if you want a simple liquid calcium supplement and prefer drops over tablets. Just be prepared for the taste, and you’ll probably get on better with it mixed into something flavoured.

Easy to add in but not pleasant to take
I have added this into my daily stack and it fits in easily enough. The liquid format is convenient. You just drop it into a drink and move on, which is simpler than dealing with tablets. It blends fine and does not leave any residue. That said, the taste is not great. On its own it is pretty unpleasant, so I have to mix it in with a few other things to get it down. It is doable, but definitely not something you would look forward to. In terms of effects, it is hard to say. I have not noticed anything obvious, but that is fairly normal with something like this. It feels more like a background supplement rather than something with a clear impact. The bottle is also quite small, so you do get through it fairly quickly, which makes the price a bit noticeable over time. Overall, it seems fine and easy enough to include in a routine, but the taste and cost are the main downsides.

Pure and efficient bone support
This ionic liquid calcium supplement is a great choice for maintaining my bone and joint health, especially as my need for extra mineral support increases with age. The formula is pure, consisting only of calcium chloride and de-ionised water, with no unnecessary fillers or additives. Unlike traditional calcium tablets, which require stomach acid to break down and release calcium ions, this liquid supplement provides calcium in a pre-dissolved solution. This allows for direct use by the body and more efficient absorption. To further optimise this, I prefer taking a few drops three times a day, mixed into water or orange juice with my meals. The 50 ml bottle includes a glass dropper, making it easy to measure doses throughout the day. Although the price point is a bit high, the quality and convenience of a high-absorption, minimalist formula make it a good option.

Easy-to-take, highly absorbable calcium supplement
The Ionic Calcium Liquid Concentrate is a convenient option for supporting bone and teeth health. The liquid format makes it easy to take and allows for quick absorption, which is ideal if you have difficulty swallowing tablets. Each serving provides 240 mg of calcium (30% RI), supporting muscle function, nerve transmission, and energy metabolism. The drops are easy to dose and integrate into a daily routine, and the small 50 ml bottle is compact and portable. Overall, it’s a practical, effective calcium supplement that’s gentle on digestion and well-suited for everyday bone and muscular support.

great form of Calcium but expensive
This is a great product. I had never thought of taking Calcium Chloride before. Normally I take Calcium Citrate or Carbonate. The only negatives are that yes it is salty tasting as you would expect when put into a glass of water and that there are only 25 servings per bottle. I tended to take 10 drops at a time once or twice a day rather than the suggested 30 drops per serving. Less salty and lasts longer.

Tastes like it means business
Tastes like it means business First time taking this feels like your mouth briefly questions your life choices, then gets over it. It’s not awful, just very “mineral-y,” which you’d expect from something this stripped back. The drop format is actually convenient. Easy to add to water or take directly, and you don’t have to deal with big tablets. Calcium’s role in bone health, muscle function, and nerve signalling is well established, so this fits neatly into a daily routine if intake is low. You get used to the taste quicker than expected, and it becomes a quick, no-fuss habit.
