Interesting plastic light. Very lightweight and bright. A minimal tug on the string turns it on. Take 3 AAA batteries. Being able to rotate the direction up to around 120 degrees is helpful. The back allows for tape or screw affixing to the wall (or whatever you need to put it on!). The tape is useless (falls off the wall), so be sure to use the screws. The bulb part screws off, so you can get to the light section - not sure if this type of bulb is meant to be replaced or not. It works well for the bottom section of our large laundry/utility room closet - we put it on the wall, so at night we can see what is on the bottom two shelves without using a flashlight!
