The lift is really strong, super quality and easy to assemble. It does exactly was it promises.

This hoist is great! Super easy to put together. Going to make it easier taking off and putting on my hard top. No more heavy lifting!

Once you figure out how the levelers need to be positioned, it’s great. I can easily take off and put on the top by myself in minutes.

WORST PRODUCT EVER AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICESo we got this we put it together. Went to use it for the first time yesterday and it doesn’t lift one of the things the whole is covered by the plastic and we tried to turn the plastic and then it broke trying to get through to do product support to just contact them and nothing we turned the handle and those things don’t raise up. It does nothing so we’re gonna be sending those back. Do not waste your money.

product arrived with out a few pieces(lynch pins). did not fit together properly. had to use a come-along to bend it enough so the diagonal brace could be secured. product had obviously been sold and returned. was able to make it work satisfactorily.

I haven’t lifted the top yet but the assembly was ok. 2 of the holes were not aligned perfectly. When aligning the2 holes, 1 hole was perfect but the other was off center. The directions were somewhat difficult to follow because of all of the letters (.A, B, M, M1) and the picture was too small. E will see in a week or so when I lift up the top. I only got this one because my husband didn’t want a lift that required drilling holes into the garage wall or ceiling and the top ranked one was way too expensive. I will see in about a week how it fairs when the top is loaded.

The lift works amazing and not issues, however, the first time we used it one of the support straps snapped! Is there anyway to get a replacement strap?

Better than expected. I was worried about the quality but it was actually pretty decent. Used it today on a rocky gravel driveway and it still held up fine. Very happy with it.
