poor packing spoils a good product
The product was what I expected. however,the product was slightly damaged due to extremely poor packing.

I am very pleased by how it looks. Suits our décor.
However, I had to change the holder. It was loose and did not work. The light did not come on because of that. We had altered the length of the wire and therefore knew we wouldn't be able to exchange it. My electrician had to put in a new holder. That part was a bit disappointing. Other than that the lamp unit is exactly what was described. Only issue was it did not work. So because of that I am giving you a 2 star. If it worked I would have given you a 5 star.
