This is a very nice house to add to my Christmas village. It arrived with 3 broken pcs., but the seller was very gracious in making amends for the broken pcs.. Other than the broken pcs. which can be glued back on, I am very happy with this item.

PIECES BROKEN OFF
I like the house, NOT THE BROKEN PIECES. This was bought in memory of my mom who passed 2 years ago. She LOVED coffee and cardinals. They say everytime you see a cardinal, your loved one is near. Just wanted it to be perfect.
