ELMHURST Unsweetened Cashew Milk, 32 FZ

I love this stuff. It’s closer to cream than any other non-dairy milk, only 2 ingredients, tastes great, and I’ve been freezing it into ice cubes so the bottle lasts so much longer and I don’t have to throw any away! 5 big stars. LOVE this product!!!!

Such a great non-dairy alternative! Being that it’s only 2 ingredients it is very clean & doesn’t upset my stomach at all, doesn’t have a super nutty taste in my opinion which I prefer. Although it might be a little pricey it does last me quite a while too! After sitting for a little in my morning coffee it might sometimes separate but just give it a mix & it’s all good.

Elmhurst seems to make one of the best plant based milks on the market.They have such a broad range of nut milks, most importantly they are shelf stable. No oils, gums or sweeteners!It is super important to remember (as stated on the pack), to unlock the vacuum seal on the lid, first, reseal and then shake well before use. It does settle.The flavor is fantastic. I mix it up with their Almond, Oat, Walnut and Hazelnut milks for different applications, and love their holiday OatNog. It’s unbelievably authentic.For better health, worth it.

I LOVE this cashew milk. I use it in my coffee as coffee creamer every morning. It’s also great for a dairy free heavy cream in recipes. Multiple uses, creamy and delicious. Love the minimal ingredients also

A huge win for the non dairy diet!!! So creamy and tasty, I can live this way now. Coconut and/or almond milk are watery thin and have their own odf taste. This was chefs kiss.

I used to buy this all the time from Publix store and it always tasted a bit flat.. regardless of which Publix store I went to.. It still tasted good but buying it from Wholefoods Market is a much better place to get it.. Apparently, the local Publix stores don't store them properly and they get flat but once I bought them through Amazon from Wholefoods was a game changer.. I wish the price would come down a bit.. It makes perfect creamer for coffee and other deserts.. I also use it to make vegan chocolate avocado pudding..

This Milk is smooth and taste great!! I can use it as a substitute for everything, taste great with coffee!!But they raised the price from $1.30 something to $6 that is just too much for 32 oz.

So good! Great in coffee, cereal anything really that you want to cream up. I love how it’s non-dairy, no emulsifiers, low in saturated fat. It is fairly rich in calories so I don’t drink giant glasses of it. It’s an auto-ship item of mine :)
