Cetaphil Acne Relief Body Wash 16.9 floz

Great body wash even though it doesn’t lather. The salicylic acid gently exfoliates & deals with congestion/clogged pores & body odor but in this wash it isn’t drying. I have sensitive, mature skin & live in the desert yet I can use this everyday. It cleans better than foaming body washes so if you can get used to it being like a lotion, it’s worth it. I have tried other SA washes & they either don’t have enough SA to be effective or they are super drying. This one is perfect.

Bought this because I thought it would be a better deal than the usual Neutrogena Body Clear but... - It has a smell that I don't like - It doesn't lather AT ALL - You end up using way more than you need because the texture is terrible and hard to spread - When it is fully applied, it feels gross and hard to rinse If you absolutely cannot tolerate a body wash that lathers, maybe this is for you. For everyone else, pack it up.

Great stuff never leaves my skin dry. No ruff bumpy skin,bottle fragrance isn’t that bad tolerable and the salicylic acid in it completely effective worth the money. It’s really creamy super gentle. . Like the large size bottle.

I didn’t enjoy the fact that it doesn’t lather up like other body wash products. It is gentle on the skin. No fragrance so great for sensitive skin. Very moisturizing. Comes in a handy huge bottle. Just not what I expected from this brand.

To all my eczema and idiopathic urticaria cuties, this is the business. Skin is clean, smooth, exfoliated and hive free. IYKYK.

There is no lather. In a shower setting, this feels like everything has slipped down the drain. The aroma reminded me of Clearsil circa 1990. A faint hint of an inobtrusive chemical. Neither offensive nor pleasant. Did it irritate my skin? Not at all. Did it clean my skin? To be honest, I felt the need to double cleans with a foaming cleanser. Is it effective? I think it's water soluble and just went down the drain. I suppose it is my own fault for associating the word "wash" with lather. I feel "cream cleanser" is a more appropriate title for this product. I will not repurchase.

While this product does work. I noticed a difference after 2 uses. My only issue is that it doesn’t lather at all. Which can be an issue. I don’t know if I’m using too much or not enough. Same with rinsing off. It’s a nice bottle size too. There is a slight medicine like smell. So if you don’t like that kind of smell id avoid this.

Love this cleanser. It works does both jobs well, cleansing and significantly reducing my acne outbreaks. Pleasant odor and it last a long time.
