This stuff works. My daughters gets sick a lot and this really does help shorten her cold symptoms

I don't know what kind of Harry Potter wizardry is in these things. I believe it was probably crafted in that chamber of secrets. It actually works so well that I don't care how it works. My son's congestion lessened dramatically within 24 hours and his breathing improved. They were easy to chew and swallow. He didn't complain about the taste and even asked for another one before bed because it made his throat and chest feel better. I will definitely be ordering more of these.

These are a constant repurchase during sick season. Every time someone gets a sniffle we pop these immediately and it really seems to help lessen the length of the cold and the severity. Works good but packages came crushed and half open

I’ve been using Nature’s Way Kids Umcka Cold + Flu shortening tablets for a while now, and I genuinely feel like they help shorten the length of their colds. When we catch it early, the symptoms don’t seem to drag on as long, and that makes a huge difference in our house. They’re easy for my kids to take, and I like having something I can reach for immediately instead of feeling like I’m just waiting it out. It’s become one of those things I automatically restock because when you have kids, you know how fast school germs spread.

This stuff is great, but the "Kids Care" version is JUST A LABEL at a higher cost. The only difference is that it doesn't have one of the secondary ingredients (ethyl alcohol). EVERYTHING else (active ingredient, inactive ingredients, dosage recommendations) is identical to the regular Umcka Cold Care, which is WAY CHEAPER! Totally fell for a "caring parent" marketing trick. Not cool, Umcka.
