Costa Farms White Bird of Paradise, Live Indoor Plant, Easy Care

This plant arrived in great condition! It was packed very carefully and survived being shipped across the country. It is as described easily 5 feet tall. It is happy and thriving in its new home!

Terrible quality, the plant is significantly smaller than advertised and came in poor conditions. The return process was difficult.

I am SO very dissapointed with this. I have never spent anywhere near $100 on a plant, but i needed one that was between 4-5ft tall. I took a gamble and lost. Thankfully Amazon was able to return my money. The plant itself was lovely...if it was shipped correctly. I received a 4.8ft plant that was essentially chopped to 2ft tall. It appears that it was shipped upside down, tossed this way and that. The fibers on the plant were completely severed. Had I not paid what I feel is a premium price for such a tall plant, I could have rehabbed it. Let's talk shipping. There were no stickers on the outside of box that marked it as fragile, a live plant, or that it needed to be handled a certain way. There was no packing inside that would help cushion the leaves to prevent any stems from snapping due to improper handling. The only "support", if you can call it that, was a single bamboo rod, taped to the OUTSIDE of the pot, which inevitably snapped during transit. I was devastated. Amazon offered me a refund or replacement, but could not promise that the item would be boxed up/shipped any differently, so I requested a refund. Truly disappointing because I do love Costa Farms.

It’s absolutely beautiful! The only issue I had was that one of the leaves broke at the stem. I’m almost certain it happened during delivery because I found the box lying on its side instead of standing upright as it should have been. It honestly broke my heart because the plant is gorgeous, and I was so excited to receive it.

ZERO. will never buy from Costa Farms again, no regard for the customer. plant arrived destroyed, packing was upside-down crushed the plant.

I love the plant, and the costumer service is great. I had some concerns and they instructed me to resolve the issue. I would recommend buying from Costa.
