I’ve been using this Myo & D-Chiro Inositol supplement consistently and have been happy with it so far. I like that it includes the commonly recommended 40:1 ratio of myo-inositol to d-chiro inositol, plus added vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium, and spearmint. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have an unpleasant taste or smell. After several weeks of use, I noticed improvements in bloating and overall hormonal balance. It’s also a good value compared to some of the more expensive inositol brands on the market. The bottle lasts a full month when taken as directed. As with any supplement, results take time and may vary from person to person, but this has been a solid addition to my routine. I would purchase it again.

After only 2 weeks of use my cystic acne has disappeared! My skin is so smooth and soft. After spending tons of money on facial cleansing products and facials, nothing worked. This product helps target the hormonal cause of my acne and did what nothing else could do. You do have to take four large capsules at a time, so that eats into the amount you get for what you pay, but I say it’s worth it! The ingredients are natural and I highly recommend to anyone struggling with symptoms of PCOS.

She’s been drinking spearmint before bed but then has to wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night so this was a really big selling point for her.

I usually never write reviews, but this actually has helped me so much…. my cycle is much more regular and predictable which it hasn’t been for in so long, which is so hard especially when trying to start a family!! Highly recommend!

If you have PMOS then this will help regulate your cycle. It's easier to tolerate than prescription medication. It's good for blood sugar issues too.

This is honestly everything I wish could be in a single pill. I was spending roughly $90+ per month on 3-4 supplements that this supplement combines into one. Been taking it for a month and just ordered my second bottle. Cycle is now regular, my energy is up, I’ve been sleeping better, will keep this review updated but so far this is working wonders.

This supplement was not a good substitute for the one I am currently taking. This supplement contains the myoinositol and d-chiro levels I was looking for but it contains additional vitamins in it. One of the add in vitamins did not work well with my digestive system. First I usually like to open the capsule and pour it into my coffee as a natural sweetener plus an easy way to take my supplement. This is not possible for this supplement as all the add in ingredients don’t dissolve in the coffee and lump up. Removing the lumping ingredients results in a terrible tasting fish flavor which is undrinkable. I decided to give the supplement another try with using the capsules intact as intended instead of how I prefer. I only take one capsule with my current supplement so stuck to that amount. The capsule had an odor and it resulted in getting burps and digestive disturbance. I think the issue might be the omega vitamins added or something else that makes the vitamin not compatible with me. I was not able to take the supplement because of the side effects so I didn’t see the expected results but from taking a basic myo and chiro inositol’s blend I know they typically are beneficial for your mood. Originally this product was listed at $9.99 per month supply but I noticed that the price is now in the $17 per month range. It seems acceptable but if you have sensitivities to different vitamins I would recommend taking a myo and d chiro supplement that only contains those two otherwise you might end up with unrelated side effects.
