Men's Ultrashot Light Pickleball Tennis Court Shoes

These shoes are light, breathable and stable. They also have good cushioning, my feet don't hurt after pickleball.

I own over a dozen pairs of sneakers, mostly Fila, and a few Asics volleyball shoes, that I wear for my 4x/week intermediate-level pickleball sessions. I've tried on Skechers pickleball shoes before, but have always found them a bit too heavy and clunky. These Ultrashot Lights are the first pair that actually feel light (under 14 ozs) on my feet and comfy; in fact, I just ordered a second pair in a different color. Plenty of room in the toebox, good cushioning, and good lateral support. As usual, I removed the insole and added my own orthotic insert. However, I must say Skechers does make better insoles than most of the cheap ones in other brands.

Very nice sneakers, but there rubber all around and my feet sweat more than in leather. I prefer leather. Arch support is good, comfortable, quality is good is you can handle rubber outer.

My first true pair of "tennis" (aka court) shoes in years. I've been wearing nothing but running shoes for decades. After an ankle injury I wanted something a bit more stable while playing pickleball. I was shocked how comfortable these were. Definitely locked my foot in as well. Great traction on outdoor courts. Fit was spot on. Appearance is subjective, not my favorite in that department. But confort was exceptional.

I kept just about rolling my ankle trying to play pickle ball in running shoes, my indoor soccer shoes worked well, but they didn’t have enough padding. This is the perfect blend of stability for cutting cross Court and also cushioning so you don’t beat the crap out of your knees. And they look stylish as well.

Purchased two pair, very comfortable especially if you’re looking for a wide toe box. I play every day so having more than one pair to alternate with. I recommend this shoe.
