Bought this bag for a trip to Costa Rica. We needed something to keep our stuff dry when walking the rain forests and beach / water days.It was more than up for the task. Holds enough stuff to keep an family of 4 going all day. The front pocket is deep and very useful for easy access of phones etc while also keeping them safe and dry.The bag was comfortable and fine to wear on long trips. The bottle holders on the side look flimsy but they lasted 2 weeks holding insulated water bottles every day and didn't lose they grip once - really impressed with that.Overall a great bag. We'll be using it a lot from now on.

We purchased this to use on an ATV trip where it never fails we'll run in to rain, drive thru streams and rivers or anything else that can get us wet. We wanted something to keep our jackets and sweatshirts dry when those times arise. This worked perfect! Plenty of room, kept everything dry, including items in the zipper pocket. My son also used it to take hiking in the mountains and said it was very comfortable to carry and held everything they needed to keep dry in case it would rain. Highly, highly recommend!

Had this bag for 4 years now, still holding up great, still comfortable, still waterproof, zippers still working.

The material edges did fray and it need a chest strap. Other than that it worked okay. I would buy it again.

I've been using this pack for the past year to protect my camera gear each time I go to the ocean - which is multiple times per week. With my gear safely stored, I'm confident to walk into the ocean or be close enough to encounter the occasional wave. When I'm photographing at the ocean, all equipment not being used is always kept safely in the bag. The straps are comfortable ... far better than expected at this price point.I've waded through canyons and streams. Set my bag down in water. And taken hits from waves. The inside of the bag stays dry.

Took it tubing. It rained on us and I had to wade across the river a few times so I let the bag float on the surface behind me. When I got back to our cabin everything in the bag was soaking wet. Good thing none of it was important.When I got home I threw it in the bathtub to see if it would leak again. I put paper towels in both bag compartments, the roll-up one (rolled it 5 times) and the one with the zipper. I repeated what I'd experienced in the river. I let the bag float on the surface and used the shower head to simulate rain on the bag. Hung the bag in the Texas Summer sun to make sure the outside dried and then dried it again with a towel. Opened up the bag... the paper towels in both compartments were soaking wet.Sucks. I really wanted to like this thing. I've used it to carry around a fishing pole vertically before and it was useful for that. And it's cute, so there's that. But I didn't need a cute fishing pole carrying bag, needed a waterproof bag. I'll have to buy something else, so for me, this was a waste of money.

The backpack fits great and feels good too. It is just the right size to have a fishing day trip and keep all my things dry. The material is waterproof and the seems well-made.
