Used for marking utilities.

These are not worth a penny. Vinyl flag is wrapped around the metal rod and attached to itself AND the rod by a totally inappropriate adhesive glue for these purposes. Two weeks along our property line and 3 of them had melted off the rod and fallen to the ground leaving rod sticking out of the ground and almost invisible.
