Started using it one week back, initially, I felt very good, later I noticed a burning sensation in the stomach at the midnight. It could be possibly because I was using a few more supplements too in parallel. When I made modifications, the burning sensation is coming down. It is certainly a good drug.

I’ve been taking a taurine supplement (1,000 mg daily) for a few weeks and here’s what I feel: • More energy & mental clarity—without the jitters. I’m more alert during the day and feel calmer at night (after exercise or coffee) . • Better sleep and muscle recovery. Muscle aches and cramps eased noticeably. Sleep quality improved significantly on training days  . • Calmer heart rhythm. A few times, I noticed palpitations eased after taking it—some reviewers report similar effects . A few downsides: the pills are quite large (hard to swallow), and occasionally I felt slightly sluggish midday if I took 1 g on a non-workout da
