Tastes like a slightly flavored like mayo - in a good way! I've consumed about half the bottle.How I used it:- Applied directly to salads- Used as a mix with other ingredients, sometimes mixing fresh herbs & spices with it- Mixed with a little VitaFiber syrup to make a sweet dip similar to coleslaw dressing (served with panko zucchini fries)Too bad it really gives me cramps and pains. I was hopeful to not have to make my own dressings all the time, but it's a no-go for me, unfortunately. I gave this ranch dressing about half a bottle, toying with smaller amounts each time and it still gives me problems at only about 1/2 tbls mixed with other things :( So sad. I hope it works for you, but I have to stick with Veganaise-based dressings.My Go-To Homemade Dressing recipe that I made up:3 parts Veganaise1 part Spicy V-8 (yes it's low FODMAP!)Then add to taste:- Nutritional Yeast- Smoked paprika- Jalapeno powder- Fresh cilantro leavesNOTE: This dressing contains egg yolks, which I'm pretty sure are the culprit of problems for me... it's the sulfur content of eggs maybe?

I am on the Fodmap diet which meant most of all, no onions or garlic which is listed first and foremost on the foods to avoid. I was so excited when this brand of Ranch Dressing came on the market because I could enjoy a fresh salad with my favorite dressing. I like this dressing and I would love to give it 5 star rating. But I have been very disappointed with it in that I have had to throw away the last 3 bottles because one was oozing out in the package before I even received it. The last two were in my pantry for about 2 weeks and I found them oozing out of the bottles all down onto the shelf. I’m not going to order anymore I guess because I can’t seem to even get to use them. I’m sorry about that. I’m disappointed that I won’t be able to have a salad with my favorite flavor. It’s a good product, just don’t like the mess with the bottles.

So thankful to find a substitute for regular ranch! It doesn’t taste the same as true ranch, but it is close enough for my picky girls who are doing low FODMAP for tummy issues. It helps get them to try new foods and they both eat more veggies and salads now because of this option! Thank you for creating this product! Obviously wish it cost a bit less, but we just use it when we really need it. It was a transition the same as when we switched from commercial pancake syrup to pure maple syrup. Our taste buds adjusted after several uses, yours will too!

I just tried this a couple of nights ago. I've really been missing Italian dressing. I can't eat anything with garlic or onion it in. I have to say - I was pretty impressed! It has a nice full flavor - even my husband thought it was good.Looking forward to being able to make some pasta salads again that call for "italian" dressing! It was really good on my normal lettuce salad.Good job Live Free!

I have been ordering this ranch from this seller for months (sometimes 2 at a time). The ranch has always been thick, but it never mattered because I LOVED the taste! However, this last bottle I ordered was runny, extra sweet, and vinegary. My suspicion is they changed the recipe to make it less thick. If that’s the case I won’t order anymore. I hope I’m wrong and I just got a bad batch.

I like this dressing. I need elimination and low FODMAP diet foods. Unfortunately, this arrived with no protection of the cap so it was cracked and leaking. I don’t know if it’s safe to eat...? I received the Caesar dressing from another seller, with a simple bubble wrap around the top part of the bottle. Absolutely intact. Seller?

I love this dressing. It tastes great. I would give it 5 stars, but it is a little too thick and hard to get out of the bottle. As my mama used to say, "Shake and shake the ketchup bottle. None'll come and then a lot'll." Even so, I will still buy again.

Great for dipping veggies nice and thick. Also great as a dressingUPDATE: I placed a second order. These were both fermented, with no way to exchange on Amazon. While I was disappointed, they did respond to emails and they replaced my items!!
