I was looking to replace a similar watch I had that needed a new band and battery. For half of what I was expecting to pay I found this one. Bonuses are that it has a second hand, date window and also military/24:00 time (I travel to Europe a lot and this will be a plus). I wanted a cheap watch for travel and to be able to wear while showering/swimming/steam room, etc. I will update this review if it leaks or stops working, but I'm very pleased with it so far (just arrived). Edit: I've had it over a week (keeps perfect time) and I noticed the face crystal was not totally/perfectly clear, but I just noticed it had a clear protective cellophane cover on the face that I had missed! You can't see it or even feel it. Just peel it off. Now the crystal is crystal clear! This is a great watch at a great price.

Just what I needed. A lightweight wristwatch that you don’t know it’s on your wrist and keeps perfect time. It is so inexpensive that I wear it daily and have no worries if it breaks.

I got this as a work watch as I did not want to risk ruining a nice watch. If you're looking at this watch and reading this then hopefully you're not raising funny questions about smartwatches, etc. Anyway, watch looks the same as in pictures, actually a little cooler in person. So far after a couple of weeks it seems to keep up the time accurately, still on the dot with my phone. The only downside seems to be the watch face cover, it's a very inexpensive plastic and scratches very easily. For MY purposes, it's right: an inexpensive, elegant solution for keeping quick time at work. Hope that helps!

I didn't expect much for $12. I did assume, even at that price, it would keep time. Nope not even for 2 hours. At least it looks cheap and it's not luminous.
