Probably my favorite coffee in the world. Brazillian beans are excellent - but in a pinch I think I'd go with this 9 times out of 10.

This has been my favorite coffee for years. Medium roast great flavor.

Once coffee beans skyrocketed in price, I found these were reasonable and made great coffee. Recently, there was a wait in their availability but it was worth the wait. Then-a porch thief grabbed the package when it arrived, but he was chased by a neighbor, and threw it out of his backpack. I doubt he would have known how to deal with a coffee bean. So, my great coffee found its way to me! Have ordered many times and will continue to.

I first tried this coffee in a German Bakery and was blown away. I typically drink coffee from many high end artisanal roasters that charge $15-$20 for a 12oz bag. They are exceptional but to my surprise this Dallmayr Prodomo can certainly compare. I never buy the ground bags but always go for the whole bean since I grind myself. I have used them in my Espresso machine also and was delighted with the result.My only worry was that I didn't know how old the beans were and whether they were fresh but it was great to find out they were fresher than the ones I bought at the German bakery. The expiration date is about a year on them if they stay sealed. Once opened they should be used like any other coffee bean.This is an excellent coffee for an automatic brewer. I typically grind what I will use for each brewing. Two flat tablespoons of beans per 8oz coffee serving or if you like it a little less stronger you can use two flat table spoons for a 10oz Mug.When ever I serve it to guests after the first sip they're reaction is like what kind of coffee is this? Dallmayr what? Damn this is good coffee....Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Best coffee I ve stumbled upon. Use it in my breville expresso machine. Low acidity smooth taste and great aroma.

I love the taste and aroma of this coffee.
