This baby really heats up your coffee!! If you do not like your coffee almost boiling, this may not be for you. Holds 30 small cups of coffee or about 20 normal sized cups of coffee (fun fact, coffee cups haven’t been an actual “cup” since the 80s). Brews coffee super quick!!! Fully brewed in less than 20mins! Super easy functionality; add water-add coffee to basket-put the lid on-flip the switch. I will say that since it’s metal, if you have hard water, it could affect the coffee flavor & I would recommend using purified or spring bottled water for the most pure coffee taste. The metal finish is nice & will blend in with any kitchen decor…but it’s a fingerprint magnet, so be ready to constantly wipe it down.

This was the perfect coffee pot for the ton of company we had! When our entire extended family came for a wedding of our oldest "adopted" son, the first thing every morning was a full 30 cup pot of hot coffee...and boy, howdy, did this work! Kept it hot for several hours as folks got up at different times! Easy to make, easy to clean.... everyone was happy to be able to have a cup or two without having to wait for a second perking. Decent price and fast shipping, it met all my needs!

The lid dose not have a tight fit, it needs a rubber seal because when it starts to perk, it splatters out…other than that, I love it. My husband is a big coffee drinker, so it’s a good size for him. I pork two days of coffee and he’s happy with that.

Coffee pot does not have a detachable power cord. This make the coffee pot difficult to clean when you are dumping old coffee and washing it out. It is also more inconvienent to fill with water with the non-detachable cord. The dispenser or spigot is located so low in the pot, that there are many designs of coffee cups that will not fit under the dispenser. This coffee pot must be located at the edge of a counter in order to dispense coffee into the cups (as the cups are to tall). Does the pot work, YES? No problems with the pot working to date. But, it is a unecessary hassle to use this pot on a regular basis. My opinion is to not buy it for daily use, it may be okay for intermittent use. It needs to be redesigned. We have owned this coffee pot 2 years and 3 months. It has just developed an electrical short. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This coffee pot is used once a week to make 25 cups of coffee. We are having to replace and it will not be replaced with an Elite Gourmet branded product. Subsequently we are changing our review from 2 stars to 1 star. If you decide to purchase this coffee pot, you better purchase an extended warranty.

One of the deciding factors in my purchasing this brand was the coffee level window that is in the description. There isn’t one. Very disappointing. It’s attractive and fits on my counter nicely. It boils water quickly, and keeps it quite hot. I had to place the urn on a trivet to elevate it about 1/2” so my average size coffee mugs would fit under the spigot without tilting. I don’t know anyone who uses a short, small coffee cup at home. What’s the point? The other issue is that the description states it has a reusable plastic basket filter (it does), but the filter type in specs and details states the material is paper. So at least two features were misrepresented in the description. This is a percolator, be advised regular auto drip fine ground coffee, or espresso will not be contained in the plastic filter basket. My solution is to use a large cotton muslin cold brew/tea bag inside the plastic basket. I mean large enough to hold 1-2 cups of grounds or more. Lastly, it was covered with fingerprints and a few scratches right out of the box, so… also very disappointing. The outer packaging was not damaged. Hoping I have no issues, as some reviews state horrible customer service. I will update this review if anything goes wrong.

this is fantastic for shabbat observant homes! It keeps the water warm and dispenses without pressing anything electrical. if you're looking for a shabbat percolator - look no further! good quality and much cheaper!

We had many of those over the years. We use it for Saturday for warm water. We always buy bigger but this one is the perfect size for us, very quiet, in fact the quietest of them all and the water is nicely kept warm. I had to wait for almost a month to be delivered.

It was easy. Coffee smelled and tasted great. Then the percolator started repercolating the coffee until it was over hot. This burns the coffee and affects the taste. Although I liked the convenience I returned it due to this.

We make 2-4 pots in this daily and it's been working great since we got it about a month ago.
