Decent solar-powered lights. More practical than radar version in my location.
I bought four of these lights as replacements for 120 W halogen spotlights mounted about 5 m above ground level. These had a lumen output of around 2000, so I was interested to see how the 1100 lm solar lights would perform. They are mounted lower, about 3 m above ground level. And of course there are no bulbs to change, and no cables needed. The lights produce a decent semicircle of about 10 m in radius, and a bit dimmer further out. I find the activity time a bit short, as they are constantly switching on and off when the dogs and I are out in the garden after dark. The light only stays on for about 10 seconds after the last movement. I don’t particularly want the dim light to stay on, so I have them set on movement detection and then switch off (mode 2). It might be helpful on a future version, to have a duration adjustment like the halogen or LED mains floodlights have. I would prefer the light to stay on for about 30 seconds or so after triggering. They are sensitive enough but not over-sensitive, and detect people, dogs and a local fox which sometimes visits. This is a satisfactory level of triggering. The darkness level for beginning of activation is fairly dark, so they don’t come on until twilight. Again, this is satisfactory. They have all remained well charged and brightly lit when needed, even the one on the north wall which doesn’t get any direct sun. I’ll be interested to see how they do in the winter when the days are only about seven hours long and sun doesn’t get above 13° at noon.Update February 14: they have continued to work as above, even in the short days and low sun of midwinter.

wow
The lamp gives a very bright wide coverage light. I suspend her over the door out of the living room. At the beginning I thought - I put it too close to the others lamp - the sensor caught out another source of light. I moved side solars and this lamp started working as she should. I put on micro-mode+ induction mode. Works great.I'm happy with the quality. Lights clearly no matter the cloudy day or sunny weather.

Can't fault it...
Excellent value for money and so easy to install. As advertised it is very bright when on PIR detection and is just as good as a mains powered security light. I purchased mine from Amazon warehouse deals and saved £9 from the new price and I can not see any imperfections at all.

the best solar light i have used
This solar light is the best I have used, it's very bright and the sensor works to a very good radius. I have placed it above my garage door which is in a location that doesn't get a lot of sun light, its been in place for about 3 winter months, and still works great I use the setting 2 which puts the light on for 9 seconds if activated. At last a solar light that actually lights up an area..

Excellent service
The unit looks and feels good quality. The light is nice and bright. We liked it so much that we bought a second. Although this second one was faulty. The correspondence with the customer services team at licwshi has been prompt and helpful and the matter is expected to be resolved to our satisfaction.
