Prestige Pressure Cooker aptly named
Prestige brand is top quality and the product does not disappoint. Large enough to cook enough lamb for a 20 portion biryani. Great pressure cooker

NOT for induction hobs
I have used a pressure cooker for 40 years now so when I got a new kitchen a month ago, with an induction hob I purchased this one as it stated that it was suitable for this type of hob, unfortunately this isn't the case. It is definitely not suitable, it took an age for the water to boil then didn't cook properly. The pressure cooker is made of aluminium which isn't suitable for induction cooking. I should imagine it would be ok on other hobs but I still didn't find it easy to use, the lid was hard to close.

Big pressure cooker BUT standard size trays ??
BIG PRESSURE COOKER, but standard trays ??? , I've was shown how to use one by my mother, used one for years this new one is Big But has standard size trays/baskets just don't make sense, ?? WHY haven't Prestige not supplied bigger trays to match the size of the pressure cooker,??

Decent size, easy to clean, suitable for induction.
Decent size, easy to clean and YES it is suitable for induction hobs as we have them and it cooks just fine. Well pleased with our purchase.

Brilliant
A fantastic pressure cooker, the only thing is the handle keeps coming loose, though its easy enough to tighten up.

The cooker that put me under pressure.
Prestige used to be the best pressure cooker makers on the market by far and I've had my previous one for 54 years so it was time to replace it. I don't know what the Prestige company have done but this cooker failed miserably. It does NOT get to high enough pressure. It loses water like an ordinary pan, so you may as well use it like ordinary pan, because it doesn't do what it is supposed to do. It is a big pan and that's why I gave it one star but only because there isn't a half star.

The size of this pressure cooker is the only reason I brought it
It's great for cooking large amounts of food for big family. The only thing I don't like is the weights on the top, there is no colours within the weights like with our old Tower pressure cooker sadly
